Integrations
Nothing gets ripped out. We read the ERP, the PLCs, the historian and the spreadsheets where they sit, then line them up as one record. Even the old HMI that has no export button.
One late order, spread across ten places. Each one holds a piece and none of them holds the story.
Every system keeps running, and now they add up to one record.
The Singularity reads each one where it sits, so the stop, the late order and the quality hold read as one story. Replace only what you choose to.

Each entry carries its own system and event type, in the order it was sent. Search by system, event type, or the order number it carried.
The detail drawer shows the message body field by field, exactly as it was sent. System, event type, and time sent all sit on the same panel.
No. Your ERP stays the system of record for orders and finance, and your operational systems keep doing their jobs. The Singularity lines up what each one knows against the same assets, jobs and sites, so nobody re-keys data between them.
Business systems like ERP, finance, quality and maintenance; operational systems like PLCs, SCADA and historians; and spreadsheets. Equipment data comes in over OPC UA, Modbus or BACnet through an on-site collector that sends it out over MQTT. mode40 builds each connection with your team, and the Integration Hub logs every message that comes through.
No. The connection runs outbound from your site to mode40, so there’s no inbound port to open. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, and it stays in the region you choose at onboarding.
No. Keep what works. We decide together what gets connected and in what order, and an existing integration can stay as the source if it already does the job.
It usually is, and that’s fine. The founders ran plants before they built software, so they’ve worked with data in exactly that state. Don’t clean it up first; the Corporate Playbook shows where it lives and what the gaps cost before anything gets built.
No. Connect the one system that hurts most, solve one real problem, then add more as it pays. Each new connection lands on the same records, so nothing already built gets redone.
30 minutes on that system, and what we would need to read from it.
