Workflow Modules
The Notification Center is one inbox on the bell for Agent alerts, approval requests and finished reports. Each opens its record. Unread count refreshes every 30 seconds.
Alert count
The bell sits in the top bar on every screen, with your unread count beside it. The count updates every 30 seconds while you work, so a new alert shows up without a refresh, wherever your organization has switched it on.
Inbox
Open the bell and your whole inbox is there, newest first. Filter to unread, read or dismissed, so a busy morning doesn’t bury the one alert you still need. Each entry names its source, its kind and when it arrived.
Notification actions
Clear one notification, clear the whole list, or push something to later in the shift. Mark a hold as read once you’ve looked at it, dismiss it once it’s handled, or snooze the report that belongs to tomorrow. The list updates right away.
Linked record
Every notification links to the thing it’s about, so you land on the hold, the report or the approval itself instead of searching for it. An approval request opens straight into the Approval Queue.
Agent notifications
When an Agent finds something, needs a decision or finishes a report, it lands here. An anomaly alert, a finished shift briefing and an approval request all arrive in the same inbox.
Subscriptions
Notifications live in the platform, on the bell. There’s no email, no text message and no push to your phone. Which kinds arrive is set in subscription settings.
No. Notifications live in the platform, on the bell in the top bar. There is no email, no text message, and no phone push.
The bell polls your unread count every 30 seconds, so it stays current while you are working on something else.
Snooze it and it returns later, or dismiss it once it is handled. Dismissed notifications stay in the list under the dismissed filter.
They arrive here like any other notification and open in the Approval Queue, where the request is approved or rejected.
30 minutes on your alerts and approvals and what the Notification Center links them to.
